Responsibilities:

  • Participate in due diligence of investments projects – identify key investment merits and risks, and work in conjunction with third party consultants, if required
  • Perform preliminary analysis of investment opportunities
  • Build, review and analyse financial models, including performing extensive sensitivity analyses, review of financial projections and valuation assumptions, perform valuation and conduct financial and risk analysis of business opportunities and proposals
  • Participate in the preparation of investment recommendation memorandums for investment approval
  • Coordinate preparation of investment recommendation memorandums for approval
  • Interface with Legal and Taxation groups in the review of proposed investment structures and closing of transactions
  • Participate in the presentation of investment proposals
  • Actively participate in the review and decision process of investment opportunities
  • Handle investing and finance activities which include evaluating investment alternatives and providing analysis on optimal capital structure as well as developing short-term and long-term business and financing strategies

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
  • Possess financial modelling skills, an eye for details, good understanding of capital markets, macroeconomics, and good planning, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity or M&A business
  • Dynamic, independent and proactive
  • Good project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong business relationships
  • Mature, driven, and self-motivated
  • Attention for details and presentation of information
  • Ability to speak Mandarin preferred
  • Travelling may be required

Responsibilities :

  • Sales and marketing of Cassava Starch products
  • Develop and acquire new customers from given or generated leads
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries and prepare sales quotations
  • Set objectives and targets, establish marketing and promotional plans with the team
  • Accountable for delivering sales volume and to meet target sales objectives
  • Liaise with relevant parties to coordinate a smooth production delivery
  • To prepare shipping and banking documents, liaise with shipping companies, banks and customers on all shipping and banking documentations
  • Stay abreast with key market trends and intelligence with the ability to seek new business opportunities and formulate sales strategies to capitalize on growing the business

 

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in soft commodity trading (rice/sugar/flour/cassava starch/corn starch)
  • Well versed in International Trading Rules & Regulations and Shipping procedures
  • Knowledge of Letter of Credit (L/C), Logistics and other relevant trading matters
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess positive attitude, initiative and results oriented
  • Basic pay + good commission
  • 5 day work week

Job Responsibilities :

  • Source and identify potential land for development
  • Responsible for land bank acquisitions
  • Identify growth area and investment opportunity by performing market research
  • Perform feasibility studies
  • Create a strong network with agents, land brokers valuers and etc to establish an ongoing strong source of land supply and vital information of market trends and requirements.

 

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Business or Real Estate preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in property or real estate development industry
  • Good knowledge of regulations governing the property development industry
  • Possess high level of integrity, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Good networking skills, sharp business acumen

  • Market and sell luxury residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers
  • Develop sales and marketing plans and strategies to our target market
  • Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities
  • Liaise and work with internal team and external appointed marketing agency to ensure high sales conversion of the property
  • Ensure marketing materials such as brochures are in order and distributed
  • Create brand awareness and deliver to our customers’ satisfaction
  • Involve and assist in exhibition/events set up and coordination
  • Provide prospective clients with information and answer to all queries pertaining to features and facilities of the properties on sale
  • Actively liaise with clients on administrative matters after sales
  • Ensure that government regulations and company’s procedures are adhered to when handling prospective buyers and conducting the property sales transactions
  • Responsible for a smooth day-to-day running and operations of the showflat to ensure high standard of presentation.

 

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or related disciplines preferred
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in property or real estate development industry
  • Prior working experience in Property Developer companies preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong passion in sales
  • Good team player, resourceful and driven
  • Possess initiative and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude and results oriented
  • 5.5 day work week
